INTERPOL–UN Security Council Special Notice
What a listing is and is not. A designation is a decision of the Security Council under a sanctions regime. It is not a criminal conviction, and nothing on this page should be read as a finding by a court. Dates of birth are shown exactly as the Council states them — where the record says only a year, only a year appears here.
Passport and national identification numbers are in the source and are deliberately not reproduced. The official list is the authority for any compliance decision; this page is a readable copy and may lag it.
